If you are wondering about the status of your order, you can Email us here and we will give you an update. The most important thing to include in the email is your name and city. If you have retained either the first or second Email giving you either the Shopping Cart Invoice Number or the Final Order Number give us that information also and we will email you usually within a day. Do not forget that the first Email you get is from the Shopping Cart. When we receive this form we type in the order in the office and give the order a Final Order Number which we email you on that day giving you details of shipping times and final postage charges. We can find your order either way. If you phoned or mailed your order in, you will have only the Final Order Number which was mailed to you by the U.S. Mail. After you get your email back, use the section below for tracking your package. If your order has been shipped and it has been shipped by Fedex, you can track the progress of its trip to you here--by entering the Fedex Tracking Number below. When you know that your order has gone out, you can call or email to receive the Tracking Number the day after it has been shipped. Fedex might be able to email you your Tracking Number when the order is shipped in the near future. Watch for an announcement here.
